Before you commit to any of my pre-paid
packages or programs, I understand that you first want to try a single session
and see if you like my style. That's why I offer a discount*
on the first introductory session for anyone who wants to give it a try.

Afterwards you can start on a pre-paid
package as little as 6 sessions at a time, but if
you truly want to change the look of your body, you need to commit to at least
two sessions per week. Two to three sessions per week will give you the quickest
results.
Seriously, if you want to create better
health and lose body fat, you need to get on my
12-weeks weight-loss program. That is either 24
or 36 sessions, depending if you want to work out two or three times a week.
The reason why I designed a 12-weeks weight-loss program is
simple. It takes time to change your body and you can't get any results in just
a few sessions here and there when you feel like it.
With my 12-weeks weight-loss program you are committed to at
least 24 or 36 sessions within those 12 weeks and you will see results.
After my 12-weeks weight-loss program you may continue working out with me on my
Maintenance program.
