(30-minute workouts):
- This is a very effective way of Strength Training in a minimum of time.
- This is only available at my Private Training Studio because it is most
effective with weight machines.
- 30 minutes of Strength Training. No Cardio is done during a

SuperSlow®
is a very effective and popular technique used these days.
Many celebrities, actors, and models are using this technique as a way to build
muscle quickly.
